This year's Spring Sale will be held in the Fellowship Hall at South-Broadland Presbyterian Church at 79th and Holmes during Mother's Day weekend - Friday, May 10th and Saturday, May 11th. Our Spring Sale this year will be two days, and will leave Sunday free for participants and shoppers to celebrate Mother's Day.

We ask that artists provide their own 6'x3' table and table cloth or a display that occupies a similar amount of space.

This year inventory sheets will be emailed to participants, but we ask that participants please print their own inventory sheets and provide their own labels for the sale. We will provide more information and instructions in the next month.

Please fill out all required fields in the application before paying.

Artists keep 80% of sales and the KC Clay Guild will take 20% for overhead and expenses.

IMPORTANT:

Once you apply please immediately upload at least 2 hi-res images of your work with white background along with a document with your artist bio in the dropbox below. Please note that if you do not correctly fill out the application or fail to upload images and bio within 24 hours, your application will be denied. These photos and bios will be used to advertise your work in the Spring Sale on Facebook and Instagram.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is the commission?
A: It is an 80/20 split. The guild takes a 20% commission of sales.

Q: What type of work can be sold at the show?
A: Work sold must be 95% fired ceramic.

Q: How will the show be marketed?
A: Website, Facebook, Instagram.

Q: Will sales tax be added?
A: No. Each artist is responsible for his/her own sales tax accounting.

Q: When will I be paid for my sales?
A: Accounting will occur within one week after the sale. You will receive a copy of your inventory sheets and will receive a mailed check or via PayPal.
